    120 euro pagati. Arrivata in Malpensa ha cercato di far denuncia per quanto accaduto in Grecia: una discussione che le costata una grossa “arrabbiatura”.

    L’episodio e’ riportato nel sito www.albaniapertutti.it

    All’atto del rientro al check-in della sua compagnia, la rappresentante della   Wizz Air le ha fatto notare che aveva piu’ bagagli della prenotazione.

    E in questi casi le compagnie applicano una penale.

    Se nella prenotazione si afferma di non volere bagagli in stiva, e si trova personale che controlla, il sovrapprezzo e’ sicuro:

    Vediamo le condizioni indicate dal sito:

    “Attenzione! Tutti i passeggeri di Wizz Air possono portare a bordo un bagaglio a mano (le cui specifiche sono indicate sopra) gratuitamente.

    Per portare un altro, “Trolley” a bordo (specifiche indicate sopra), aggiungi WIZZ Priority alla prenotazione”.

    Le proteste della signora per evitare di pagare, ci sono state, e anche veementi.

    Una situazione che ha indispettito la signora albanese che ha cercato di far denuncia a Malpensa.
    In Polizia l’hanno però invitata a contattare l’ENAC, andando sul sito:
    Quando presentare reclamo all’ENAC

    Il passeggero può inviare un reclamo all’ENAC – per l’accertamento di una eventuale violazione del Regolamento (CE) 261/2004 – quando:

    • la compagnia aerea non fornisce risposta trascorse sei settimane dalla data di ricezione del reclamo del passeggero

    oppure

    • il passeggero ritiene che la risposta ricevuta dalla compagnia aerea non sia soddisfacente rispetto a quanto previsto dal Regolamento (CE) 261/2004 

    L’ENAC è l’organismo competente (NEB) a vigilare sull’osservanza del Regolamento (CE) 261/2004 quando i disservizi si verificano:

    • in partenza da un aeroporto italiano: se il disservizio si verifica per un volo prenotato con una compagnia aerea di qualsiasi nazionalità (sia UE che extra UE);
    • in arrivo su un aeroporto Italiano: se il disservizio si verifica a seguito di eventi relativi a un volo in partenza da un Paese terzo (extra UE), con destinazione un aeroporto italiano, qualora il vettore aereo operante il volo sia una compagnia aerea comunitaria.

    Situazione incresciosa anche per via della discussione tra il padre non vedente e in carrozzina e l’hostess della Wizz Air.

    In questi casi si fa una segnalazione all’ENAC che chiede lumi alla compagnia, e per il resto, fuori Italia, occorre far denuncia alle forze dell’Ordine dello stato in cui ci si trova.

      很可惜的台灣並沒有闖過世界盃籃球亞洲區資格賽，在世界盃籃球資格賽中華隊並無進入複賽。

      FIBA籃球世界盃將會在6個體育場館舉行。菲律賓馬尼拉將進行四組預賽，兩組十六強賽事以及八強之後所有的賽事。另外，日本沖繩市與印尼雅加達各舉辦兩組預賽及一組十六強賽事。

      菲律賓此次將有四個場館作為世界盃比賽場地，帕賽市的亞洲購物中心體育館，奎松市的阿拉內塔體育館，帕西格的菲爾體育館以及武加偉的菲律賓體育館。菲律賓體育館約有55,000個座位，此場館也將會是本屆賽事的決賽場地。

      而預賽組內後兩名進行17-32名排位賽，預賽成績併入計算，但不另外舉辦17-24名、25-32名排位賽，各組第一名排入第17至20名，第二名排入第21至24名，第三名排入第25至28名，第四名排入第29至32名。
